About A-One Truck Auto
An independent Class 8 parts seller for U.S. owner-operators and fleet shops.
Who we are
A-One Truck Auto is the trade name of HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., a Florida Profit Corporation (FL Document No. 497804). The company operates as a distributor of truck and auto parts, equipment, and lubricants. Through this site we sell Class 8 replacement parts and heavy-duty lubricants to owner-operators, repair shops, and fleet maintenance teams in the United States. Listings focus on parts that wear and fail in daily service: brake and air-system components, filters, clutch and drivetrain parts, suspension and air springs, lighting and electrical items, engine cooling parts, cab hardware, and fleet lubricants.
We are an independent seller. We are not owned by, and do not represent, any truck maker or parts manufacturer, and brand names on this site are used to identify compatible parts.
How we work
Our catalog is built around part numbers. Each listing shows the manufacturer's number, interchange numbers, and a fitment table. Our parts desk answers questions by email and checks a fitment by hand when a VIN or a photo is sent. We try to give an honest answer, even when the answer is that we do not list a match.
Shipping is quoted for your address and approved by you before the carrier is booked. We do not promise delivery dates, because we do not control carrier networks. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused and uninstalled parts under the terms in our refund policy.
How we make money
We buy parts and sell them at the prices shown on the site, in U.S. dollars. The difference between our cost and our price is our margin. We do not sell advertising, we do not run affiliate links for the brands we list, and we do not take referral fees. When you pay through PayPal, you are paying HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., doing business as A-One Truck Auto.
Fleet accounts
Maintenance managers with several trucks can ask for a fleet account. We do not display customer names or logos. A fleet account can include a standing parts sheet, purchase order ordering, consolidated invoices, and quantity quotes. Terms are approved case by case. Write to support@aonetruckauto.com with your company name, the trucks you run, and the parts you replace most often.
How a typical order moves from cart to delivery
A buyer finds a part by number, confirms the fitment table, and adds it to the cart stored in the browser. At checkout they enter a U.S. address and optional company and purchase-order fields, then pay through PayPal. When PayPal reports the payment as completed, our desk reviews the order. If freight or parcel cost still needs a firm quote, we email that quote for approval before booking a carrier. Tracking goes out when the label is created. If something about fitment is unclear, we pause and ask by email rather than guess.
That sequence is why we emphasize written records. Shops hand work between day and night shifts. Fleets reconcile invoices against purchase orders. An email that lists the VIN, the old part number, and the SKU we shipped is easier to audit than a phone call that nobody wrote down. The same channel — support@aonetruckauto.com — handles those questions, return authorizations, and privacy requests with a clear subject line.
What we do not claim
We do not publish star ratings, customer testimonials, or invented statistics about trucks served or years in business. We do not promise same-day shipping or guaranteed delivery calendars. We do not offer installation or roadside service. We do not expand manufacturer warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. If a listing, quote, or policy page is the better source for a number — price, core charge, or return window — that document controls for the order.

What you can expect from the catalog
Listings are organized for people who already work on Class 8 equipment. You will see manufacturer part numbers, common interchange numbers, and fitment tables that list makes, models, engines, and year ranges when we have them. We focus on replacement parts used in ordinary maintenance and repair: air and brake system components, fuel and oil filtration, clutch and drivetrain items, air springs and related suspension parts, exterior lighting and electrical connectors, cooling system parts, cab and exterior hardware, and heavy-duty lubricants and fluids stocked for fleet service.
We do not claim to list every part for every truck. When we do not have a match, we say so. When a VIN or a photo is required to avoid a misfit, we ask for it by email before we recommend a catalog listing. That email trail is intentional: written records reduce confusion between shifts in a shop and keep fleet purchase orders aligned with what was actually ordered.
Independence and brand names
A-One Truck Auto is an independent parts seller. Truck manufacturer names and parts brand names appear so you can identify compatible products. Their appearance does not mean we are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies. Packaging, trademarks, and designs remain the property of their owners. If you need genuine dealer-channel parts that we do not stock, a dealer is the right source; we will not pretend otherwise.
Email-first support
Our public contact channel is support@aonetruckauto.com. We do not publish a phone number on this site. Email lets you attach photos of tags, housings, and connectors, and it leaves both sides with the same notes about VIN, mileage, and purchase order numbers. For privacy or legal topics, use the same address with a clear subject line such as “Privacy request” or “Legal notice”.
Where we ship and how we get paid
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping cost is quoted after you order and must be approved before we book a carrier. Payment is completed through PayPal. The operator you pay is HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., doing business as A-One Truck Auto. Returns for unused parts follow the 30-day window and authorization process in the refund policy. We do not invent delivery-day promises or publish customer counts, ratings, or awards.
