  • VIN and engine serial number when fitment is uncertain.
  • The number on the old part, plus clear photos of the tag, housing, and connectors.
  • Truck make, model, model year, and engine family.
  • Order number or PayPal reference for shipping, invoice, or return questions.
  • Company name and purchase order number for fleet paperwork.

If you are tax exempt, attach your exemption certificate before you place the order. If you need a freight liftgate or a terminal hold, say so in the first message.
