A-One Truck AutoClass 8 Parts

Accessibility Statement

Effective date: October 8, 2026.

HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., doing business as A-One Truck Auto, wants everyone who buys truck parts to be able to use this website. This statement describes what we do, what we know is still imperfect, and how to reach us if you meet a barrier.

Our goal

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat accessibility as part of the quality of the site, not as an add-on, and we review pages when we change them.

What we do

Every page has a skip link that moves keyboard users to the main content.
Navigation, forms, buttons, and product controls can be used with a keyboard alone, and focus is visible.
Pages use headings, lists, tables, and landmarks in a logical order so screen readers can move through them.
Images of products have text alternatives that name the brand and part.
Form fields have visible labels, and errors appear next to the field in text and are announced to assistive technology.
Text and controls use colors with enough contrast, and information is not conveyed by color alone.
Layouts adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and text can be enlarged without loss of content.
Animations are small, and they are turned off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.

Tables and technical data

Fitment and specification tables are marked up with header cells so that screen readers announce the make, model, engine, and years for each row. We keep tables short enough to scroll on small screens, and the table area scrolls sideways when needed, without hiding content.

PayPal and other third-party content

Payment is completed with PayPal. The PayPal buttons and pages are provided by PayPal, and we do not control their accessibility. If you cannot use the PayPal buttons, email support@aonetruckauto.com and we will help you place the order another way.

Known limitations

We are always improving the site. Known areas that need attention include some older product photographs that are small and may be hard to see at high magnification, and a few long technical paragraphs that could be easier to scan. We describe the main details of each part in text so that you do not depend on the photographs.

How we review pages

When we add or change a page, we check that it can be used with the keyboard, that headings follow a sensible order, that every control has a label, and that text remains readable when it is enlarged. We also read pages with a screen reader on a regular basis and look at them on small phones and large monitors. We fix problems we find, and we note repeated issues so that we can avoid them in new pages.

Plain language

We write product and policy pages in plain American English and explain technical terms when they first appear. Part numbers, fitment tables, and prices are written out in text, so you can copy them into a note or a message to your shop.

Mobile and tablet use

Many drivers shop from a phone in a yard or a truck stop. Pages are built to work on small screens, with large tap targets, readable text, and a menu that opens with a single button. Tables scroll sideways inside their own area, so the page itself does not need to be moved sideways.

Documents and policies

Policies, guides, and product details are published as regular web pages, not as scanned images. Headings and lists are used for structure, so assistive technology can read them in order. If you need a policy in another format, such as large print, email us and we will send it.

Fleet and shop users

Technicians and parts managers often use the site with a keyboard, a mouse, or voice control, in a loud environment. We keep forms short, label every field, and avoid time limits, so you can place or review an order at your own pace.

Third-party content

Besides PayPal, we try not to include third-party scripts or embedded media on our pages. Where we do, we review how they work with keyboards and assistive technology, and we remove those that create barriers that we cannot fix.

Response and follow-up

When you report a problem, we acknowledge it by email, look at the page, and tell you whether we can fix it and when. If a fix will take time, we offer an alternative way to get what you need, such as ordering by email, in the meantime.

Alternative ways to order

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, you can email your part numbers, quantities, delivery address, and a way to reach you to support@aonetruckauto.com. We will send an invoice and a PayPal payment request, and we will answer questions by email. Our parts desk can also send price and fitment details in plain text.

Feedback

Please tell us about any barrier you meet. Email support@aonetruckauto.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the device and assistive technology you were using, and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within a few business days, and we will tell you what we can do and when.

Legal context

We work to comply with laws that protect access for people with disabilities, including the Americans with Disabilities Act where it applies. This statement is not a legal guarantee, and accessibility is an ongoing effort.
